The 4,500 square foot fitness center features seven treadmills, four elliptical bikes, three stationary bikes, 10 strength training stations, a multi-purpose station, four free weight stations, a yoga/pilates studio with private and semi private classes available, lockers and showers. Fitness Center use is complimentary for all Villa del Arco timeshare owners and guests staying on the all-inclusive plan. European plan hotel guests at Villa del Palmar, Villa La Estancia and Villa del Arco enjoy unlimited use of the fitness center for $10 a day.

Fitness Center hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. The Desert Spa is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Sunday.
