We have many services available to you to ensure that you enjoy and make the very most of your time spent here.

Our friendly, knowledgably, and professional staff will be happy to assist you in having any of our premium services prearranged.

A welcome gift basket, spa appointments, adventure tours, private romantic dinner, can all be arranged prior to your arrival.

Our Premium Services: providing you with helpful information on the variety of endless choices for excursions and activities in the Cabo San Lucas area. Whether you would like help with your golf reservations, booking a trail ride along the beach, arranging a sport fishing trip in the crystal blue waters, whale watching (seasonal) or a romantic moonlight cruise, we are here to assist you in whatever needs.

Pre-Arrival Services and In-Suite Services: We can arrange your pre-arrival shopping needs so that everything you require is waiting for you. Once you are here, we can arrange for your groceries to be delivered to your suite. Just contact your Customer Care Center directly for your pre-arrival services.

In Suite Service: Our talented and experienced chefs are at your service to prepare and serve any meal to you in the privacy of your elegant suite. We are happy to assist you in creating a personalized menu and to arrange for in-suite preparation throughout your stay if you so desire. To pre-arrange these services prior to your arrival, please contact our Customer Care Center directly and all will be ready for your arrival.

Room Service: Upon your arrival you will find a Room Service Directory in your suite. Room Service delivery is available to your room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For your added convenience we offer beverages and snacks through our Honor Bar System. Our Room Service Directory offers you a complete menu with Mexican and International dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, complemented with a large variety of beverages and a good selection of international wines. You can experience Mexican Cuisine at it’s finest without even leaving the intimacy of your own villa.

Car Rental: Convenience if you would like the opportunity to explore the nearby towns and the countryside with the added freedom to take off whenever you want to. You can then meander at your own pace and discover which golf course you really must play on or discover that hideaway beach for sunset walks.

Medical: Villa del Palmar provides you with on-site medical services available 24 hrs a day at the Plaza Clinic. If needed, minor and major surgeries can be conducted on-site. Should an emergency arise, air and ground evacuation is possible via a fully-equipped ambulance service.

The Palmita Market Within our property, just a short walk away, is the Palmita Market, providing our guests with well-stocked shelves, offering a large variety of many staples for your pantry. If you should decide to cook for yourself, we also carry fresh produce and frozen foods, all accompanied by a good selection of premium wines, beer and International liquors. We also stock all the essentials that you may need to replenish, such as sunscreen. Our Pharmacy is also able to refill your prescriptions.

The Palmita Market Virtual Tour

The Cyber Café: The Cyber Café is located within the Palmita Deli and it provides you with everything that you need to stay in touch with friends and loved ones. You may also surf the net using State of the Art computers connected to high-speed DSL lines. Fax services and photocopies are also available. The Cyber Café is open for your convenience from 07.00 to 22.00 hrs, 7 days a week.

Kids Club: We provide a fully supervised Kids Club to ensure that your children have fun and you are able to enjoy your holiday with confidence. Our highly trained, kid-certified staff provides age specific activities Sunday through Friday from 09.00 to 16.00 hrs for children ages 4 – 12, with “Kid Nights”, including dinner, arcade, disco and great fun on Tuesday and Thursday from 18.30 pm to 21.30 hrs. We recommend that Kids Club reservations be made 24 hours in advance. Our Resort Entertainment Office will be happy to assist you.
