Our staff go out of their way to ensure that you experience the vacation of a lifetime that up until now you have just dreamed about. We will do everything possible to ensure that your expectations are exceeded in every aspect. At Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa the following services are available to you:

Entertainment: Activities continue into the evenings at Villa del Arco Beach resort & Spa and are just as entertaining with nightly Dinner and Theme Shows including: Caribbean Night, Casino Night, International Dance and Mexican Fiesta amongst them. Please note that the shows are dependent upon weather conditions and they may also vary with the season.

Pre-Arrival Services and In-Suite Services We can arrange your pre-arrival shopping needs so that everything you require is waiting for you. Once you are here, we can arrange for your groceries to be delivered to your suite.

In Suite Service: Our talented and experienced chefs are at your service to prepare and serve any meal to you in the privacy of your elegant suite. We are happy to assist you in creating a personalized menu and to arrange for in-suite preparation throughout your stay if you so desire. To pre-arrange these services prior to your arrival, please contact our Customer Care Center directly and all will be ready for your arrival.

Room Service: Upon your arrival you will find a Room Service Directory in your suite. Room Service delivery is available to your room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For your added convenience we offer beverages and snacks through our Honor Bar System. Our Room Service Directory offers you a complete menu with Mexican and International dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, complemented with a large variety of beverages and a good selection of international wines. You can experience Mexican Cuisine at it’s finest without even leaving the intimacy of your own villa.

Concierge: The selection of tours and excursions around Cabo San Lucas will delight everyone and provides for all interests. No matter what your choice is, be it a Glass Bottom Boat, a Pirate Ship, a Sunset or a Romantic Moonlight Cruise, Trail Riding, Horseback Riding on the Sands, ATV Excursions, Scuba Diving or Whale Watching, when in season, our knowledgeable Concierge will gladly assist you, not only with helpful suggestions but also with your reservations for dinner, for activities, for the Spa and Fitness Center and Car Rental bookings.

Catering: Are you planning a full-scale wedding reception whilst you are with us? Would you really enjoy having a Beach Party? Give us the opportunity to arrange your event for you and you can sit back and enjoy your occasion knowing that everything is taken care of and nothing will be omitted.

Car Rental: For your utmost convenience, all your on-site needs for car rentals and reservations can be met by our Concierge department. Car rental is also available in the Airportlobby when you arrive.

Laundry: A full-size Washer and Dryer is include in your One, Two & Three bedroom suite. Our Housekeeping or Laundry Departments will be very happy to assist you with any laundry services that you may have need of.

In-suite Massages: One of our main objectives at Villa del Arco is to pamper you with every luxury. One of the many ways that we achieve this is to bring to you a full In-Suite Massage Service in the comfort and privacy of your very own suite. Our Concierge will be happy to provide you with a service menu.

In-suite Dining Service: The elegant surroundings of your own private suite can easily be the place that you never leave! Our expert culinary staff can prepare any meal that you desire, whether it is a full-scale cocktail party or an intimate dinner for two. Our Chef Services are able to assist you with every detail, including creating the perfect blend from our Mexican and International Menu. To complement your choices, we have a fine selection of wines from around the world.

Medical: Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa provides you with on call medical services available 24 hrs a day. In case of emergency, air and ground evacuation is possible via a fully equipped ambulance service.

Money Exchange: We have a Cashier desk located in the main lobby to exchange your US or Canadian Dollars for pesos at a fair exchange rate. Many restaurants and vendors also welcome US currency.
