Dining at The Islands of Loreto

The on-site restaurants are intended to provide you with mouth-watering cuisine while allowing you to enjoy the serenity and natural splendor of the Islands of Loreto. Our staff is always happy to serve your needs - whether in one of our restaurants or on your beach chair.

All of our Villa del Palmar dining options have been created with the same passion and flair as every other aspect of our resort and we want to be able to provide you with whatever you want.

If you choose to venture into town, a plethora of restaurants are within walking distance. The Islands of Loreto's traditional cuisine is a combination of northern cooking, seafood, and recipes brought over by the missionaries. Many places offer local specialties like ceviche, fine steaks, (carnitas) pulled pork, and most famously, "almejas," or chocolate clams.

But in the end, It all comes back to fish: Though most eateries pride themselves on their own 'sources', if you caught it, or bought it off a local fisherman - many restaurants be happy to prepare it for you.
